Corporate management, which is situated in tax-favorable areas, is not a trend of these days. However, with the growing globalization and greater use of information technology resources the opportunities for corporate management are increasing and the number companies controlled in this way is growing (at least from Czech point of view). Countries, which are currently designated as tax havens acquired this label during 20th century. Many organizations in the world are trying to determine the criteria bywhich this type of countries can be identified.
