This paper focuses on how government and its policies can add to economical growth of a region, city or a country. Nowadays the basic production factors lose their sense and for holding up the competitive spirit is important to develop the talent of people and ability to think creative. This last stage of the growth theory is called creative economy. The main point of this paper is to describe a role of government and its effort to grow creative economy steadily.
