Knowledge sharing represents one of the major practices of Knowledge management (KM) which pays attention to knowledge workers who posses specific, key knowledge ? the important resource ? for organisation?s effectiveness. The aim of this work is to identify knowledge workers and consequently suggest such activities which will not only enable knowledge workers to share their knowledge but also motivate them to share the knowledge. Identification as well as suggested activities are mainly based on studied literature and internal materials, interviews with Human Resource Officers and managers from chosen division.
