The article discusses the various selected health systems used not only in Europe but in America. Comparison of health systems is to use macroeconomic indicators between countries UK, USA, Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic for several reasons. The first is the diversity of individual systems, allowing comparison not only states but also the overall management system. It is also necessary to point out that even when and under communism in the Czech Republic was a significant decline of health system, health care is now comparable.
