Original language description
The essence of statistical induction is estimating an unknown fact, a parameter from a sample quantity. However, induction has some disadvantages, especially estimation errors caused by immanent nature of statistical methods, errors due to lack of reliability, representativeness of sample, etc. This paper accentuates ways how to correctly determine hypothesis parameters in order to achieve both statistical and substantive significance.
