Outsourcing: Getting the added value
Original language description
This paper focuses on outsourcing and its role in company?s life cycle. Current globalization of market together with modern technologies has changed the general perceptions of companies? structures and their processes. A rush for sustainable profit, importance of market share and new competitors from Eastern part of the Globe have drove companies to re-think their strategies and focus most of their recourses into their key activities. So called ?non-core activities? have been slowly moved out of the companies? soil towards to new business partners. This paper reveals the added value of the outsourcing and tries to answer for the question whether the added value has a real positive impact.
