The main aim of this contribution was to find the answer to the question whether the accepted whole-concern strategy is suitable in the times of global crisis for all chosen subsidiary companies and what is the relationship like between realization of this strategy and macro surrounding. This investigation was based on the development of performance indicator values of individual concern companies from automotive sector and selected macro-indicator in the time connected with the past financial and economic crisis. In the contribution an elementary analysis of time line characteristics of chosen Key Performance Indicators (Result Indicators) was carried out within the set period. With the help of regress and correlation analysis there was further researched the relationship among chosen indicator of company performance reciprocally with all companies, concern as a whole and chosen macro-indicator representing development of the biggest markets.
