The global crisis (2007 ? 2010) has influenced the opinion not only on history, the present but also on the future of the world economics. Having finished, theoretical and practical view on functioning of individual parts and the whole system will be devoted to finding classical and innovative approach. Owing to the crisis and post crisis period general standards, principles and scales of company functioning have to be actualized in todayś globalized economics. In its introduction and the first part thearticle distinguishes the microstructure of market economy as an introduction and inspiration for the idea of intercompany markets, its dynamic finding of balance and its manners of tamper as well as the article discribes the global crisis ifluence on companies and firms. In its second part the article introduces and suggests an implementation of intercompany market attitude to the firm practice for improving and further existence in a phase of post crisis period and economic turbulent
