This paper is one of the outputs of GACR project No. 406/08/0459 Development of Managers? Tacit Knowledge. Findings from the project GACR No. 406/08/0459 Development of Managers? Tacit Knowledge are presented in the monograph Tacit Knowledge and Successful Management (Gregar, 2011). Resear
