This paper is aimed at research of the activity of the Czech enterprises that are mainly active in agriculture, forestry and aquaculture in drawing of the structural funds of the European Union in current programming period 2007-2013. The activity was evaluated by using database of the Centre for Regional Development which contains attributes of approved projects from beginning of the programming period until April 2011. Apart from existing selected new attributes pertaining to applicant and place of realization were added. After selecting the agriculture related enterprises according to their NACE classification each project was analysed in terms of used operational program, detailed NACE categorization, thematic focus and amount of support from the EU, national public and private sources.
