The paper is aimed at proposing a management system model of the research, development and innovation (RDI) processes in the technology. The first part of the work deals with the importance of administration of the RDI process, with support of RDI withinthe policy of the Czech Republic, and, furthermore, the development, concept and the importance of technology parks (TP) in the Czech Republic. The qualitative and quantitative research carried out at the Czech and at the chosen foreign technology parks/technology centres creates the part of the work. The research is divided into 3 parts: (1) creation and implementation of strategies of the research organization, (2) internal procedures of administration of the implementation phase of innovation processes and factors which influence them, (3) external cooperation and communication. Based on the research part, a workflow technology park management model was proposed.
