The presented paper looks into the problems of communication of universities with representatives of the professional life, especially with university graduates. It focuses on the importance of systematic communication of universities with graduates, which should be a part of the university marketing management. The comparison of results of two similar survey researches (conducted after three years) among graduates and their employers shows a specific result of systematic communication with graduates. Graphic illustration of the results reveals both strengths and weaknesses of the studied program. The comparison of both survey researches´ results also prove how effective were the study plans modifications and whether students appreciated better preparedness for the professional life after the adjustments were implemented.
