Mathematical model comes from the knowledge of the system behaviour and chemical reactions inside the system. Mentioned system is possible to quantitatively express by a set of five ordinary differential equations.Analysis of the system was examined by numerical solving of the mathematical model. Standard Runge-Kutta?s method was successfully used.
