Software application for modelling of deliming in retentionless system
Original language description
In the paper we present software application that we made for mathematic modelling of extraction process course. It is destined for description of extraction of undesirable solid components from biopolymer into the washing liquid during washing process which is realised in a retentionless flow system. We programmed the application by use mathematic software Maple in order to calculate concentration field in a solid material during pelt deliming process course. The obtained data we will use for searchingof optimal technological procedure of deliming process curse. The application will also be used for description and optimization of other extraction processes by natural polymers processing.
