Actual requirements in the context of critical infrastructure protection point to the need to create effective approaches to the protection in relation to the maintenance of vital societal functions from economic or social point of view. Especially the problematic of the defence infrastructure as the important part of national critical infrastructure is interdisciplinary and crosses all spectrums of social functions which have created a demand for cooperation in civil and military sector in this field.For identification the relationship between the physical protection system structure of and the level of its resilience, there is formulated approach which pointed to the need for theoretical basis verification by the methods, which are on one side usedin relation to the evaluation of defence and critical infrastructure component physical protection systems and on the other hand they are used in connection with the preparation of armed forces by our proposal for the modification of the
