Possibilities of meet the manager information needs are achieved a high level through the development of information and communication technologies (ICT). Among the areas that significantly affected the by ICT, is the area of crisis management and operations of the Integrated Rescue System (IRS) state. IRS daily solves a high number of incidents. Most incidents are associated with lives saving and health of affected people and property. Article deals with using of NEC principles for information supportin area of IRS.
