Original language description
The paper deals with the possibilities of increasing the effectivity and development of the sphere of civil protection by the concealment from the consequences of the mass destruction weapons, other incidents, and crisis states under the Czech Republic conditions. The method of solving, planning and managing the civil protection by the concealment is presented. It is mainly the usage of a unified standard and necessary improvised shelters designing programmes, and their implementation to the civil protection system. The paper contains visual demonstration of the unified standard utilization.
