Simulation Software for Extraordinary and Emergency Situations
Original language description
The objective of this article is to point out software that is potentially usable when handling extraordinary and emergency situations. In the article an analysis of the chosen modelling software and a design of an imaginary improvised shelter are accomplished. This design is transferred to the simulation software where its options to model and simulate are applied. The possible behaviours of the air flow in the shelter are then examined from the perspective of the segmentation and construction of the shelter, pressures and other possible criteria. The conclusion of the article suggests continuation of the research, namely from the perspective of a description of the penetration of dangerous substances into the interior of the shelter. Specifically, dangerous substances are chemical or biological substances within extraordinary and emergency situations.
