Systemic Implementation of the Video Content Analysis
Original language description
The Area of Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) evolves constantly and very fast. That is primarily because of continuous convergence of information and communication technologies. However, this situation demands enough of specialist to provide either guidance or revisions of the systems which are proposed nowadays. In these cases the designers of VSS could draw inspiration and exact rules from the European technical normative documentation related to VSS design. Nevertheless, technical standards cannot beinnovated immediately whenever any new technology is implemented to this fast growing field in practise. The main contribution of this research paper is the systemic implementation of the latest digital functions used by surveillance cameras such as digital signal processor (DSP) functions and several tools of video content analysis (VCA).
