Currently the transformers are not common in audio circuits design. For their complex design problems, bulky dimensions and relatively high price the designers tend to overlook them even if their employment is reasonable. Many times the transformers areomitted only because the designers are not sure how to treat with the amount of equations to be evaluated in order the design of the proper transformer could be realised. However, in some cases using the transformer can simplify the circuit and improve its noise parameters. Because for special purposes the transformers must be manufactured on demand, the authors of this paper created a mathematical algorithm that enables the designer to determine whether the transformer with the required dimensions andparameters can be manufactured or not.
