- The paper is focused on the proposal of a mathematical model describing a long-term drying of cylindrical materials. By the help of the formulated model, a moisture-loss in a material during storage can be predicted. The mathematical model verificationwas implemented on the example of green coffee-beans dehydration in bales during long-term steady conditions of air in a storehouse.
