Recyclation of Irradiated HDPE - influence on material hardness
Original language description
Main purpose of this paper is to investigate possible utilization of irradiated materials (products) after their service life. This paper deals with an idea of using them as fillers into non-irradiated ones, therefore a grit of irradiated high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes was used as filler into a nonirradiated low-density polyethylene (LDPE). Influence of this filler on resulting material hardness was investigated.
