Information support for logistics of manufacturing tasks
Original language description
The paper focuses on modeling the hypothetical complex manufacturing system consisting of identical workstations arranged in a series. Each workstation is formed with tool centers and can be used for fixing various kinds of the same tool type. The workstations are used to manufacture elements of the specific orders from determined charge materials. The general model of the manufacturing system is presented. Equations of state illustrate the change of state of the system and orders after each decision about either production or replacement of worn out tools. Control of the complex manufacturing system consists in implementing heuristic algorithms. The algorithms of the maximal and minimal orders are proposed in order to meet the minimal tool replacementtime criterion which is accompanied by the defined constraints of the flow capacity as well as the order bounds. These assumptions form the basis for creating the adequate simulator which can be used for searching the satisfactory soluti
