The contribution deals with mathematical modeling of fatliquoring that is one of the processes in a tannery technology. It is focused on diffusion transport of lubricant into the inner porous structure of the leather , wherein lubricant is not bound to the structure. Based on the formulated mathematical model, the main parameters influencing the process of fatliquoring are considered.
