Quality of entire Intelligent Video Surveillance System plays significant role in its effectiveness. Moreover, these systems are deployed still more often as a tool for regulation of crime rate around the world. The theory of aggregate coefficients is utilized as a tool for quantification of quality of these systems. The particular functional blocks of the Intelligent Video Surveillance Systems are determined in order to describe its operational functionality. The classification framework is used as a reference for quantification process. The specification of input data format for quantification process is supposed to be the main contribution of the paper
