    Posturography device based on accelerometer

  • Original language description

This article deals with new device for measuring patient's tilt in posturography. The device is based on accelerometer which allows it to be very portable, easy to use and also cheaper than commonly used posturography tools based on a strain gauge platform. An application for personal computer was also created which receives the data from the portable unit wirelessly and allows the physician to see and evaluate the results in his/her computer.
