Energy storage options and their subsequent usage
Original language description
Today is an effort to introduce buildings with almost zero energy, it is not a building that would not subscribe to any energy, but the building that have yearly consumption and annual production of nearly identical. The building must therefore have itsown power source, nowadays it is usually photovoltaic systems. Given the need to use electricity during the day and its real production is needed to accumulate this energy. The energy can be accumulated in form of heat in the PCM material, or in the formof electricity in batteries. This article focus on such system in Laboratory of Environment Engineering. In first part it describes energy handling systems, which is continued by calculation of battery capacity. Next part is describing usage of electrical energy for electrical devices in buildings. The article is concluded by description of usage of electrical energy to use for thermal accumulation panels.
