The Searching of Evacuation Routes in a Transport Accident with the Leakage of a Hazardous Chemical
Original language description
This article deals with one of the underlying tasks of the graph theory, namely finding the shortest path within a graph in order to determine evacuation routes in the event of a traffic accident of a vehicle carrying hazardous chemicals with a leakage of these chemicals into the environment. For an illustration of the graphical evaluation of such an accident the SW tool TerEx is used. Its main objective is to estimate the consequences of the accident as quickly as possible and to determine the hazard zones together with the expected spread of hazardous chemicals. This software can be interlinked with the geographic information system, which enables its outputs to be displayed directly onto maps. Also the evacuation routes are to be found based on theoutputs of the SW TerEx. The method of algorithm for finding the shortest possible path in a graph is processed in both graphic and tabular forms. The article describes a case study focusing on the determination of evacuation routes for t
