This paper is focused on the evaluation module of the crisis preparedness for the hospitals. Based on this introduction we can say, that there is no evaluation system or tool, which evaluate the crisis preparedness of the hospital in times of crisis. In this paper, we assess the selected hospital and their crisis preparedness in the area of the emergency supplies. There is the part with the feedback – hospital, and supplier. At the end of the paper is the discussion about the crisis preparedness.
