    Key skills of paramedical workers are obtained mainly in education and include, but are facing a future profession, the focus on personality. The aim of the author is to specify the key skills of health workers (especially nurses). The paper also examines at how they can during the training of future health professionals to contribute to the development of these competencies participants in the learning process, not only academics, but also nurses and other health professionals who work at students during practical training.
