Original language description
The aim of the study was to optimize the viscosity, pH value and active ingredient concentration in the gel to improve the therapeutic effect of the product. The oscillatory shear responses were determined and the changes of viscosity during the gel aging were monitored. The correlation between the IR radiation flowing from biostimulation laser probe, gel structure and properties and the therapeutic function was found.
