Preparation and characterization of Poly(lacic acid-co-acrylic acid)-g-chitosan based nanoparticles for controlled release applications
Original language description
In this research the chitosan grafted copolymer of poly(lactic acid-co-acrylic acid) was prepared. Resulting copolymer structure was confirmed and material was further used for preparation of nanoparticles by nanoprecipitation technique. Additionally the study of nanoparticles characteristics regarding the stability in various pH, size and zeta potential were employed.
