Effect of peptone on production of bacterial cellulose in apple juice culture medium
Original language description
Bacterial cellulose is same as cellulose derived from plant, however, physical and chemical characteristics is different. Additional nitrogen source (Peptone) enhances the yield of bacterial cellulose biosynthesis. It has a great role in the formation of nanofibres, construction of BC mat as well as formation of more thermos-stable nano fiber.
