    This work introduces three measurement instruments: Tear and Fatigue Analyzer (TFA©), Instrumented Cut and Chip Analyzer (ICCA©), and Intrinsic Strength Analyzer (ISA©) to comprehensively evaluate the rubber used in tire applications, particularly concerning its wear behavior under cyclic loading. By systematically employing these testing devices, a thorough analysis of rubber&apos;s fracture behavior can be conducted, enabling accurate predictions of its resistance to degradation mechanisms that occur during service. Implementing such characterization in the early stages of rubber compound design and development significantly shortens development time and lowers costs. Furthermore, the ability to predict and select materials with high degradation resistance at an early stage helps minimize environmental impact by reducing the emission of rubber particles generated through degradation and tread wear. This integrated methodology, along with the specialized testing equipment, has a multidisciplinary reach and serves as an effective tool for advancing rubber compounds with enhanced durability. The validation of this methodology will be demonstrated and discussed using relevant rubber materials.
