Original language description
This paper deals with dynamic properties of GNSS and INS based train position locator intended for railway signalling applications. Main attention is paid to the on-board train positioning and routing detection on "DARK" track where SIS is not available.A contribution of each sensor of the locator system to the final system error is analysed. Several safety issues regarding the employment of the GNSS/INS train position locator for safety of life applications have been also discussed.
