The Assessment of Woodworking Industry Development in Conditions of the Czech Republic

Original language description

The paper analyses a development of woodworking industry in the Czech Republic from 2005 to 2010. The objective of this paper is to assess the influence of economic crisis in relation to the development of reference sector. The assessment of woodworkingindustry is based on indicators of indexes of industrial production, number of business entities, employment in the sector, revenues, incomes, costs and profit. The paper also analyses indicators of added value, return of investment and foreign trade.
