E-learning with the Learning Management System Moodle is nowadays expanding into all levels of education. It is used at colleges and universities to help students learn and study different materials in their own way. In the Czech Republic we see the tendency to use Moodle as e-learning (or blended learning) support of tuition. At the College of Polytechnics Jihlava we have started to use Moodle in 2009. The e-courses for 150 subjects were prepared during the period 2009-2011 within the scope of the project ?Introducing E-learning System into Teaching and Creating E-Courses at the College of Polytechnics Jihlava? subsidized from the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness in the priority axis 2. Afterwards other e-courses for other subjectshave been developed especially for students studying in the combined form of study when the face-to-face lessons are only few times during the semester (on Saturdays).
