    Introduction: Pain advise The most common symptom of health problems. On the one hand, has a positive meaning to signal potential damage to the body (acute pain), on the other hand, it has a negative effect, thus damaging and destructive (chronic pain). It interferes with the bio-psycho-social and spiritual integrity of the individual. Chronic pain limits the patient's functional capacity, leading to a decline in their capacity to work, and affects most daily activities. The aim of treatments for chronic pain is not just a full recovery of the individual, but also improving the quality of life of seniors. Aim of the work: The survey was to find out is to accept pain seniors. The selection of respondents was deliberate, we distributed 140 questionnaires, return was 61%. The average age of respondents was 70.1 years. Methodology and methods: They use non-standardized questionnaire. When processing methods were used univariate descriptive statistics and the results were evaluated quantitatively in absolute numbers and percentages and qualitative analysis. Results and Discussion: The survey results show that 90% of seniors pain affects their ability to concentrate, with an average value of pain is 5.14. In a survey of seniors assess the impact of pain on their relationships with people under the age of 69 years with an average of 3.81; do74 years, averaging 3.06 and 0.92 in 79 years. Another lesson of this survey is that 65% of seniors pain affects their relationships with people, and that the impact of pain on relationships with people decreases with age. Conclusion: Pain has a major impact on the daily life of an elderly person in particular, adversely affects his sleep and mood.
