Paraphilias or sexual deviances are a servus health topic which has a very signifiant overlap into other disciplines. Medicine, psychology and social work are included among the main ones. Social aspects of life with paraphilias can be dividend into aspects related to the family, employment and social aspects. This paper focuses on definic essential social aspects of all mentioned groups. Presented results based on qualitative research were conducted in the framework of the internal grant by VŠPJ.
