Original language description
The aim of the article is to show the possibility of saving the quality of internal communication system of the logistics on a model example. Internal communication system is analyzed not only in terms of a hierarchical structure, but within the processapproach is essential to focus on the continuity of ongoing processes within the logistics company. This paper focuses on a method for identifying critical points. These critical points are intended to reduce the functionality of the internal communication system and its eventual collapse. By using the advantages of an internal communication audit we can support the transfer of information maintenance of an information system within the logistics process. The article provides a new perspective to the analysis of communication flows in a logistics company.
