Multidimensional maps in Stakeholder Circle Methodology: case study in the tertiary education in the Czech Republic
Original language description
Understanding the stakeholder community of any organization is a crucial element for the survival of profit as well as non-profit organizations. Stakeholder analysis was traditionally connected with the profit sector. At present we can find several authors, researches and articles devoted to the stakeholder analysis of the non-profit sector. This article focuses on stakeholders and stakeholder analysis in the non-profit sector (specifically tertiary education sector) with the main focus on the visualization of the stakeholder community. The main purpose of the paper is to analyze the stakeholder community of the selected public university in the Czech Republic through multidimensional maps and analysis of the key stakeholder groups based on the Stakeholder Circle Methodology. For the identification, prioritization and visualization of the stakeholder community of this university the Stakeholder Circle software was used.
