Streamlining the Logistics Evacuation Process Using the Specific Simulation Software
Original language description
Safety is an integral part of an individuaĺs everyday and working life. This paper deals with safety from the viewpoint of an object evacuation. A particular solution of the evacuation process shall be analyzed according to the Czech Technical Standards (ČSN) with the use of fire engineering approach. Having analyzed evacuating a selected object (building) a practical solution of the evacuation by means of simulations shall be carried out using the theory of movement of persons and performed in the Pathfinder program. The simulations are applied both to assess the object's current state and to evaluate individual measures proposed to streamline the evacuation process. The output includes assessing an impact of the measures on the evacuation process.
