Original language description
Seminal plasma is a mixture of secretory products of the male reproductive organs. Boar seminal plasma proteins (AQN, AWN and PSP spermadhesins, DQH sperm surface protein, proteinase inhibitors) are multifunctional proteins with the ability to bind various endogenous ligands in the male and female reproductive tracts. Spermadhesins are secreted mainly by the seminal vesicles (SV), but their mRNAs have been found also in the cauda epididymis and prostate. The mRNA transcript of DQH protein was found onlyin SV. Spermadhesins and the DQH protein bind to the sperm surface at ejaculation and they participate in the formation of the sperm oviductal reservoir and sperm-ZP primary binding. Acrosin inhibitor mRNA was detectable in epididymis, SV, prostate. Byindirect IMF, acrosin inhibitors were detected in the secretory tissues of cauda epididymis, prostate and SV, and on epididymal and ejaculated spermatozoa.

Semenná plasma je směs sekrečních produktů samčích reprodukčních orgánů. Proteiny kančí semenné plasmy (AQN, AWN a PSP spermadhesiny, DQH povrchový protein spermie, inhibitory proteinas) jsou multifunkční proteiny se schopností vázat různé endogení ligandy samčího i samičího reprodukčního traktu. mRNA transkript DQH proteinu byl nalezen pouze v SV. Spermadhesiny a DQH protein se váží na povrch spermie při ejakulaci a účastní se tvorby oviduktálního reservoáru spermií a primární vazby spermie s ZP vajíčka. Akrosin inhibitor mRNA byla detekována v nadvarleti, SV, prostatě. Inhibitory akrosinu byly detekovány nepřímou imunofluorescencív sekreční tkáni cauda epididymis, prostaty a SV a na epididymálních a ejakulovaných spermiích.
