Original language description
The Semiconductor detectors CdZnTe and HPGe and scintilation detector LaBr are tested with regard to the possibility of use in emergency situations. The applicability is determined by comparison of the following measured parameters: energy resolution, efficiency in given energy range for different geometries of measurement, dead time dependence on dose rates and counts per second and minimum detectable activities for selected radionuclides.
