How to write a project proposal and apply for funding
Original language description
The workshop introduced the participants to the specifics of writing a project application. Its writing differs significantly from writing a scientific publication. The grant application has a different objective and therefore requires different information, structure and method of communication. In order for the applicants to succeed and receive funding, they need to understand three basic things - how the grant application system works, how and why grants are awarded, and what helps applications to excel in competition. They were mainly these three points that the workshop focused on.
