Landscapes in Flux: Sustainable Strategies for Climate-Responsive Mediterranean Land-Based Primary Production
Original language description
As a consequence of climate change, the diverse impacts of environmental degradation on land require adaptation and mitigation options tailored to specific ecosystems. The present study aimed to explore and discuss the ecological and agricultural conditions of Italian viticulture. In general terms, water management, such as through controlled irrigation, is crucial for mitigating the effects of higher soil temperatures and reduced rainfall, particularly during the summer.
