Original language description
The article is aimed on determination of 14C activity excess in the surrounding of Temelín and Dukovany nuclear power plants. Radiocarbon is a radionuclide with global occurrence and partly natural origin. To determine the 14C excess the comparison withvalues from reference areas is necessary. The leaves from deciduous trees are usually utilized for purposes of similar studies in the other countries. Resulting data can be then charged by greater variations. Our presentation also recommended the routineof sampling which can minimize uncertainties of 14C activity level determination in the biota of studied areas.

Článek je zaměřen na stanovení úrovně navýšení aktivity 14C v okolí jaderných elektráren Temelín a Dukovany. Radiouhlík je v přírodě se vyskytujícím radionuklidem s částečně přirozeným původem. Pro stanovení navýšení je nezbytné porovnání s referenčnímioblastmi. Pro účely obdobných studií je z zahraničí běžně používán odběr vzorků listů opadavých dřevin a výsledné soubory údajů jsou zatíženy relativně značnými rozptyly. Náš příspěvek proto rovněž navrhuje postup oděru vzorků umožňující přesnější stanovení úrovní aktivity 14C v biotě sledované oblasti.
