Anotace anglicky

There is no comprehensive system of research staff working skills development at the Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry Brno. The University has many excellent research workers at its disposal however, they often lack capabilities necessary for better establishment at the strong international competition. This is a reason for drafting a new comprehensive portfolio of educational activities (workshops, brainstorming activities, trainings, conferences developing both research and managerial capabilities) aimed at research workers and supporting staff at the field of research and innovation to support them in their endeavor to play a more significant role in both national and international research and competition for grants. The educational activities should be a part and parcel of the comprehensive system of all the University staff development ? Mendel Internal University. The drafted activities should cover especially the needs of experienced researchers, young researchers, PhD. students and research supporting staff however, in a marginal way the activities are aimed also at the new emerging generation of people interested in research at the colleges co-operating in some way with the University. Also, to demonstrate how it is possible topresent the results of state of art food research we are going to address college teachers and senior people interested in research activities attending our university special courses. To ensure that the activities are for the target group as attractiveas possible we are co-operating with the partners from Veterinary University Brno and research company Biopharm. The staff of the Veterinary University belongs to the target group of the project. In this way we want to extend our teachers background andoffer the researchers with a possibility of training at the excellent workplace of our partners.
