Czech Theatre of the 20th Century - An Interactive Reconstruction of the Key Productions

Anotace anglicky

An enlargement of a successful project, which was financially supported by the grant GAČR č. 408/06/0097,  by the interactive reconstruction of three significant productions of the Czech theatre of the second part of the 20th century, so the academic research could be summarized by publishing an overall publication, which specializes in  all the key moments of the 20th century theatre making. Excellent reviews of the pilot publication Král Ubu/ Ubu the King Jarry&Grossman&Fára pointed out the necessityto publish a unified, semantically concentrated publication  - one representative, bilingual work of art, which would be concentrated on the step-by-step in-depth analysis of the chosen ten theatre production of the given time period.  The final text will include - besides an extensive visual part - also ten electronic interactive attachments of the CD-ROM, which will integrate a complex of reviews, including the foreign with translations, the later reflection of work, extant scenic and costume designs,photo documentations, film quotes and newly reconstructed materials: PC model of the stage and costume design, actors´ performance etc.
