The paper describes new socioinformatics approach that authors applied in their research as a new paradigm of collaborative decision-making processes. The article explains semantic and syntactic meaning of socioinformatics term and gives characteristic of the main four stages of decision-making process. It briefly summarized the main of the TOC (Theory of Constrains) methods that presents the basic philosophical background of this approach. The experience with the application of own methodology is mentioned in the conclusion of this paper.
